- STEP 3Conducting a meeting
We will have a meeting via a web conference (Zoom). Please participate with the person who will wearing the finished product. If you have a kimono or cloth to remake, please prepare it.
- STEP 4Date of The Estimate
We will send you an estimate by e-mail within 3 business days. The quotation is valid for one week.If you are satisfied with the quotation, please make the payment using the method described in the email.
- STEP 5Remake and delivery
After confirming payment, we will remake and deliver it to your home.
Please check the contents upon arrival. If there is any problem, please contact us within 7 days after arrival.
* Items to be confirmed during the remake will be confirmed at any time via web conference or telephone.
Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the shipping fee when sending the remade kimono or cloth to us.
Kimono and material rolls will be damaged if they get wet. Please put it in a plastic bag and pack it well to prevent it from getting wet before shipping.
Delivery
The product will be sent by the shipping method specified by us. We will inform you of the shipping cost at the time of the estimate.
Sizes
Due to the nature of the material and manual production, the size will vary slightly. Please be aware.

Person in charge introduction
Michiyo Ueno
She learned dressmaking while studying abroad in England and launched her personal brand “Michi”. She has held solo exhibitions in Beppu City, Tokyo, and Osaka. In 2017 she was based in England, focusing on exhibiting at exhibitions. Since 2020, she has moved her activities to Japan and is producing kimono remake works that combine the techniques of dressmaking and Japanese dressmaking.
She lives in Beppu City, Oita Prefecture.
