This is a vintage chirimen kimono. The type of fabric is creped silk. There are many variations of chirimen (creped silk) but, all have a typically pleasant texture.
I recommend this material to be up-cycled to a spring jacket, shirt or tunic.
Material is slightly faded in areas. However, these won’t be visible in the finished product.
